Limes & Salty Air 🧙🏼‍♂️

I’m attracted to that aromatic sensation of ocean air, Mediterranean fruits, shellfish, sand, and sea water that you get when you drink white wines. Our ‘Albus’ is made from 100% Alvarinho (Portuguese version of Albariño) grapes. It is the Northern most Alvarinho found in the Willamette Valley and closest to the Oregon Coast. We soaked this wine on its skins for 4 days, giving the 2021 vintage a weight that was missing in previous vintages.
